At Lizard Thicket, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but we understand that sometimes an item just isn't the perfect fit. We offer a 14-day return window for store credit to ensure you find something that makes you feel beautiful.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Flash Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.

  Initiate the Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the provided shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue an e-gift card for the purchase price to your email address within 5-7 business days.
