What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your trendy new pieces ship, we will send a tracking number so you can follow your package right to your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit.
How quickly do you ship orders?
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3-4 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Lizard Thicket ships within the United States and to U.S. territories. We are looking into expanding our shipping options to our international fans in the near future.
How do I know what size to order?
Since we curate styles from various designers, sizing can vary. We provide a general size guide on each product page, and we often include 'fit notes' in the description to help you choose the perfect size.
